Debbie Mandel, a stress management expert, gives advice to women who are experiencing low libido levels. While going to a physician and discussing hormonal issues may be one avenue you can take, what else can you do to jump start your libido? It is helpful to remember that in order to be sexy, you have to imagine and personify sexy; once you do that the sexual experience that you so desire will follow.
"For women: increasing your libido"
Debbie:
For women who let's say are experiencing low libido, and have consulted their physicians about hormonal issues, I would recommend starting strength training. Strength training exercises for the southern hemisphere like squats, pelvic lifts, and abs bring blood to the region. Then I would ask you to take your downtime before you prepare yourself for sex. Think sexy, get yourself sexy, and communicate what you like, and do it. And I think that when you get into that zone, and you don't censor your wonderful imagination, you'll just ease into it.
